Cambridge’s O, A level exams cancelled in Bangladesh

In the wake of rising Coronavirus or Covid-19 infection in the country, the government has cancelled Cambridge International’s Ordinary (O) and Advanced (A) level examinations that were scheduled to be held in April.

The Secondary and Higher Education Division of the Education Ministry served a notice to the country director of British Council Bangladesh on Tuesday in this regard.

The notice, signed by deputy secretary Anwarul Haque, said that the decision was taken considering the overall situation.
