Investigators Friday visited the crime scene of Nusrat murder with accused Kamrun Nahar Moni.

Police Bureau of Investigation (PBI) officers, who are probing the case, went up to a burka store and the roof of the madrasa, our local correspondent reports quoting officers.

Inspector Shah Alam of PBI told reporters, officers visited the spots accompanying Moni, who is said to be directly involved with setting fire on Nusrat on the madrasa roof.

Moni was arrested on Wednesday night from Feni.

She was remanded on that day.

Meanwhile, PBI produced two other accused – Javed Hossain alias Sakhawat Hosen Javed and Umme Sultana Popi – before a Feni court Friday.

In the further development of the case, the governing body of Sonagazi Islamia Senior Fazil Madrasa was dissolved by the authorities Friday.

What Happened to Nusrat?

Madrasa student and Alim examinee Nusrat lost her battle for life, five days after she was set afire on April 6 -- an incident that touched off outrage all over the country.

A group of five people poured kerosene on the 18-year-old girl and set her afire allegedly for refusing to withdraw a case against the principal of the madrasa over sexual assault on her late last month.
