Sabbir Rahman started the journey in the national team with unlimited potential, but could not justify his name due to continuous bad performance. Now, the teams of domestic cricket turned away from him.

No teams did not want him to be drafted in the BCL, the first-class Cricket League, draft. The BCB has reported that no team has shown interest in Sabbir due to his poor form.

The players were selected in the BCL (Bangladesh Cricket League) considering the National League performance. But Sabbir’s performance there was very disappointing. Only one half-century comes from his bat in the whole session.

He also showed bad performance in the Bangabandhu BPL. At first, he was a regular member of the Cumilla Warriors XI, later dropped from the XI due to run drought. The hard-heater exceeds 50 only for once in 11 matches of the entire tournament.

Apart from Sabbir, left-arm seamer Abu Hider Rony, another member of the national team, didn’t get any team in BCL.

However, the most surprising fact even Mehedi Hasan Rana, who played outstanding for Chattogram, didn’t get any team. He also demanded to enter the national team with getting 18 wickets in the BPL, but neglect in the BCL.
